The 74th Menton Fete du Citron ran from the 17th February to the 7th March 2007. The carnival style floats processes around the town centre each Sunday afternoon and during the whole event there are gardens filled with buildings and objects all made from thousands of oranges and lemons. Most of the fruit is now imported from Spain as Menton is no longer the major lemon growing region that it used to be. The theme for the 2007 Fete was India. Visit the Fete due Citron website.
